NBR is also called Nitrile. NBR is one of the most excellent material of oil resistance, physical and mechanical properties and chemical resistance. These characters can satisfy various uses. In general rubber, the performance of NBR rubber against benzene, petroleum-based oils and non-polar solvents is far better than NR, SBR, IIR and other non-polar adhesives, and also better than polar CR. However, the performance of NBR rubber in polar solvents and non-polar oils is not good enough.
