Difference between step seal and glyd ring
The step seal is a single-acting sealing ring that can only seal pressure in one direction. The glyd ring is a double-acting seal that can seal pressure in both directions. The size of the pressure and the applicable temperature range depend on the material and processing quality. glyd ring: consists of high wear-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene composite rectangular ring and O-shaped rubber seal ring. The O-ring provides sufficient sealing force to compensate for the wear of the rectangular ring. When used with the guide support ring, the specifications with cylinder diameter less than 40 should adopt split grooves. Suitable for hydraulic cylinder piston seal, can be sealed bidirectional.
Working pressure: 0-40MPs Top height: 60MPa
