1. Nitrile rubber
Oil resistant seals and nitrile butadiene rubber dominate. Nitrile rubber has excellent resistance to fuel oil, aromatic solvents and other properties, but in the medium is not resistant to ketone, ester, hydrogen chloride and other substances. Neoprene rubber: Neoprene rubber also has good corrosion resistance to inorganic acids. In addition, neoprene rubber can be used as a diaphragm and vacuum sealing product because of its good flexural and breathability. Neoprene rubber has good oil resistance and solvent resistance. It has good resistance to gear oil and transformer oil, but is not resistant to aromatic oil. Neoprene also has excellent weather resistance and ozone aging properties. The crosslinking fracture temperature of neoprene rubber is above 200 ° C, and the doors and Windows sealing strips are generally made of neoprene rubber.
Second, natural rubber
Compared with most synthetic rubber, natural rubber has good comprehensive mechanical properties, good cold resistance, good elasticity and good wear resistance. In vegetable oil and ethanol, natural rubber is not resistant to mineral oil, but is more stable. The utility model adopts the brake fluid mixed with n-butanol and refined sesame oil to form a hydraulic brake system as a rubber bowl of sealing parts, and the rubber rings are made of natural rubber, generally also made of natural rubber. Fluorine rubber: good high temperature resistance (200~250℃), good oil resistance, can be used to manufacture cylinder sleeve sealing ring, rubber bowl, rotary lip sealing ring, long service life.
Three, silicone rubber
Silicone rubber has excellent resistance to high and low temperature, ozone resistance and weather resistance, in the working temperature range of -70~260℃, can maintain its unique use of elasticity and ozone resistance, weather resistance and other advantages, suitable for the production of the required gaskets in the thermal mechanism, such as strong light source lamp shade sealing ring, valve pad and so on. Because silicone rubber is not oil resistant, low mechanical strength and expensive, it is not suitable for making oil resistant sealing products.
